Meditation Sessions

Each of our Meditation Sessions are personalized for each client ranging in experience from beginner to veteran. After booking a session online, your meditation coach will reach out to gather information before building your session. This information will include:

  • your experience level & expectations

  • preferred location (at-home, park, etc.)

  • types of sound (Tibetan bowls, chimes, music, etc.)

  • what to bring or have ready

If you are unsure what any of that means or is, that's totally ok! Your coach will be able to make recommendations on the fly that will be to your benefit. We do this so that you create the space in which the session takes place ensuring an open, calm, and peaceful environment.

You create the space and we introduce the knowledge and process into that space. Your session includes:​

  • 60 minute session with a certified Meditation Coach

  • guidance through visualization and breathing techniques that enhance and encourage a meditative state of being

  • sound healing that encourages easier meditation and smoother cleansing of of the mind, body and spirit

  • information on how to incorporate what you learned into your daily life, prolonging it's benefits 

Meditation has numerous benefits which include, but are not limited to:

  • reduces stress

  • controls anxiety

  • promotes emotional health

  • enhances self-awareness

  • lengthens attentions span

  • improves sleep

  • increases circulation (reducing pain or inflammation)

  • decreases blood pressure
