Take Inventory of Your Life

"Take inventory of your life, and resolve to change or heal anything that is unbalanced."
Have you every done a life review? Maybe it was a mental check in your head. Maybe it is something you have given a lot of thought towards. Maybe you have written it down. Maybe you have never even thought about it. Taking a moment to go over everything you have going on in your life is extremely beneficial.
What do you spend the majority of each of your days doing? Is it something you love doing? What do you spend the most time thinking about? Is it something you are actually working towards? What do you have that you don't need? What do you not have that you need?
Your answers to the questions above will tell you if you are inviting higher or lower vibrations into your life and really start to put some things into perspective. When you look at your life, approach anything your ego would want you to feel angry about, with a sense of humor. This will enable you to learn and grow from that situation. Once you have done that, you can easily release what is left over from your being. If this is something you can decide to do regularly, you will be able to distinguish healthy from unhealthy life patterns, therefore, enhancing your growth even further.
