Service Description

During these Elevated Lunch sessions we come in for a 1 hour guided meditation and sound healing experience. These are perfect sessions for some quick revitalization and rejuvenation during the work day. First, participants are guided through a meditation using visualization and breathing techniques. Then participants are asked to relax as the sound healing takes over the space.
